Counselling / Therapy

Private & confidential, we do not disclose your information to anyone. What is discussed within sessions, remains there. This is a safe space.

Firstly we will gather some information from you on what you have been experiencing, by completing an assessment, in order to ensure we are treating you most effectively. 

You set your goals, what you would like to gain in order for you to feel better. We will monitor this progress, rated by yourself, to ensure you notice if you are beginning to feel better.

Your counsellor / therapist will guide you through your journey in a structured and therapeutic manner, with empathy, congruence and no judgement. This can be done in person, or via video link whichever you feel more comfortable with.
